| Complete the buyer inquiry form and click submit. Your request will be sent to all the sellers who are registered in that category. Your replies will come to your e-mail address on the One2Find.com server and then forwarded to the e-mail address of your choice, this way you remain anonymous to the seller until you choose to contact them. |
| Can I submit more than one inquiry at a time ? |
| Yes! You can submit multiple requests for different products and services. Simply complete the inquiry form for each product you want. You can repeat this process as many times as you want. Remember that each inquiry is sent to ALL sellers who are registered for that product, there is no need to submit multiple requests for the same product or service. |
| Am I under any obligation to purchase anything ? |
| No. You are never under any obligation to purchase anything. Please try to be sincere in all of your requests so as to avoid wasted time. |
| Do I have to have my own e-mail address to use One2Find.com ? |
| Yes. When you register with One2Find.com you will be given a unique e-mail address. Your buyers inquiry will be sent direct from One2Find.com to the registered sellers of the products or service you have chosen, the sellers can only respond to your One2Find.com mailbox. One2Find.com will forward your replies to your chosen e-mail address |
| When do I begin to get replies to my inquiry ? |
| When you have submitted a buyers inquiry an e-mail of your inquiry will be immediately sent to all the registered sellers of that product or service. The responses time can vary, you may get replies in minutes or you may get replies over a number of days. There is no obligation to purchase anything and as your mailbox on One2Find is anonymous, none of the sellers can contact you directly. |
| How do I get in contact with Sellers? |
| If a Seller has the product or service you are requesting, they will respond with an e-mail. Contained in the body of their e-mail will be the best ways to contact them. It is now up to you to initiate contact with the Seller, because you are anonymous they cannot contact you directly. |
| How is my privacy protected? |
| Sellers are not given your e-mail address and cannot contact you directly. All personal information collected is protected against unauthorized access. One2Find.com will not share your information with other organizations for commercial purposes, nor do we sell, trade, or rent personal information. |
| Can I use One2Find anywhere in the world ? |
| Yes. We welcome Buyers and Sellers from anywhere in the world. There are no geographic boundaries to using our service. However, be sure to include any local requirements in the comments field on the Buyer Request Form. |
| Do I need to give credit card information to One2Find.com to use this service? |
| No. We will not ask you for any credit card information during the buyer process. |
| Can I Fax or mail my request? |
| No, you cannot fax or mail buyer requests. The basis of this service is making finding what you want easier through the convenience and efficiency of e-mail. You need an e-mail address to send your requests and to receive responses from Sellers who can fulfill your request. Your e-mail address will not be given to anyone unless you choose to reveal it. |
